Train disruptions on 10 June 2026
Due to a national industrial action, traffic may be disrupted from the evening of Tuesday 9 until the morning of Thursday 11 June 2026. Are you travelling on the TGV INOUI, OUIGO or INTERCITÉS during this period? Here's what to do.

Cancellation, exchange, refund... Here's how.
Exchange or cancel
Are you due to take a TGV INOUI, OUIGO, INTERCITÉS or TGV Lyria train on 10 June 2026?
2 days before departure, you will be informed by email if your train is cancelled.
If your train is cancelled before departure, you can :
- Exchange your ticket free of charge at the same price, keeping the same departure and arrival stations and the same class of travel.
- Cancel your ticket free of charge and receive a refund.
Where can I exchange or cancel my ticket?
From the distribution site (SNCF Connect, OUIGO.com, Trainline, Kombo, Omio, etc.) or from theSNCF Voyageurs approved agency where you bought your ticket.
However, if you encounter a problem or notice any charges when exchanging or cancelling your ticket, please send your request to our complaints department.
If you have a connection with a regional train
You can cancel your connecting regional ticket free of charge* up until the day before your journey (please contact your purchasing channel).
*Except for trains with reservations and special fares (see conditions indicated on your ticket).
Regional tickets are valid for the whole day*.
You can take another regional train/coach if you respect the date, route and conditions of the fare purchased.

Exchanges and refunds
Due to this national industrial action, we are modifying our exchange and refund conditions to allow you to modify your trip or have it refunded easily and free of charge:
TGV INOUI and INTERCITÉS
If you had planned to travel on TGV INOUI or INTERCITÉS on Wednesday 10 June, you can, before the departure of your train :
- cancel your ticket and obtain a full refund on the distribution website or at the ticket office where you made your purchase.
- exchange your ticket, free of charge and at no extra cost, for another train departing from and arriving at the same stations as those you had booked for your journey, between D-7 and D+7 of your original travel date.
For TGV INOUI trains in France and to Italy, Spain, Brussels, Luxembourg, TGV Lyria, INTERCITÉS and TGV INOUI or ICE trains to Germany, reimbursement is not automatic and remains at your initiative. You must cancel your ticket before the departure of the train to receive a full refund.
The conditions for exchanging and refunding your return ticket have also been modified to allow you to cancel or postpone your return journey. You can therefore exchange or cancel your ticket free of charge under the conditions described above.

OUIGO
If you had planned to travel with OUIGO Grande Vitesse or Train Classique France on Wednesday 10 June, you can :
- cancel your ticket and receive a full refund in the form of a voucher, which can be credited back to your bank account.
- exchange your ticket, free of charge and at no extra cost, for another OUIGO train only, between D-7 and D+7 of your original travel date.
It's easy to make your choice: log on to the OUIGO application or the ouigo.com website, under "My journeys". Enter your email address and booking number, then select your choice.

CONNECTION WITH TER
If you have a connecting journey with a TER and your TGV INOUI or OUIGO is cancelled, you can cancel your regional ticket up until the day before the journey, free of charge*, on your purchase channel.
Day of travel: Regional tickets are valid for 1 day*. You can take another regional train/coach on the same day, provided you respect the date, route and conditions of the fare purchased.
