    TGV Lyria complaint

    To make a complaint about your journey, please fill in the TGV Lyria complaint form. All online requests are processed within 14 days.

    In accordance with the European regulation on rail passengers' rights and obligations. Reimbursement will take the form of paper vouchers, e-Voucher or, at your request, a bank transfer.

    A bank transfer may still be requested, but in this case the percentages stipulated in the European regulation will apply (25% of the ticket price for a delay of 60 minutes or more and 50% of the ticket price for a delay of 120 minutes or more).
