Information notice on the "Mon Identifiant SNCF" authentication service

Mon Identifiant SNCF is a unique authentication service, developed, maintained and managed by SNCF Voyageurs allowing the creation and use of a personal customer account, accessible from the customer areas of websites and mobile applications operated by :
- SNCF Voyageurs,
- Any other company of the SNCF group directly or indirectly offering mobility services,
- An SNCF-approved travel agency (any online travel agency or distributor on the Internet or on mobile duly authorized to issue SNCF transport tickets under the terms of the approval contract signed with SNCF Voyageurs).
This authentication service allows the user, with the same login and password, to consult and modify his personal data and data related to his interactions with SNCF Voyageurs (travel, services, after-sales, commercial card, subscription, loyalty program...) in order to simplify his procedures before, during and after his travels.

SNCF Voyageurs - Direction Marketing et Commerciale TGV-IC - 1/3 rue Camille Moke, CS 20012, 93212 La Plaine Saint-Denis.
Your personal data is used for the following purposes:
- Connection to digital areas
- Management of single sign-on (SSO)
- Optimizing data collection
- empowering customers to manage their data
- Management of personalized travel support (personalized support for user purchases/travel, etc.)
- Management and monitoring of activity, and identification of functional improvements to be made to the service.
The use of your data is based on the performance of the contract for objectives 1 to 5 (General Conditions of Use and Confidentiality of Mon Identifiant SNCF) and on the legitimate interest of SNCF Voyageurs for objective 6.
The information you must provide to benefit from the My SNCF Identifier authentication service is as follows:
- Title
- Last name
- First name
- Date of birth
- Password
Other information that may be requested on websites and mobile applications as part of the creation of a customer account using the Mon Identifiant SNCF authentication service is not mandatory. Their non-communication has no consequence on the provision of the Mon Identifiant SNCF authentication service.
Your data is kept for a period of 3 years from your last activity on Mon Identifiant SNCF.
All fields marked with an asterisk must be filled in for the service to be available.
Your data may be communicated to :
- Our service providers to supervise the proper operation of Mon Identifiant SNCF and compliance with security standards relating to personal data, and to provide operational and functional support to Mon Identifiant SNCF users.
- Approved travel agencies using the Mon Identifiant SNCF authentication service from the moment you decide to create an account on one of these agencies' sites and applications.
SNCF Voyageurs may share your "core data" (i.e. your title, surname, first name and email address). If you modify your "core data" from a digital space, this update will be reflected in all the customer spaces to which you have subscribed.
Your data is hosted in France. It is not transferred outside the European Union.
No automated decisions are made on the basis of your data.
Within the limits and conditions authorized by the regulations in force, you may exercise your right to access, rectify, delete and port your personal data, your right to limit and object to the use of your personal data, as well as your right to define the directives applicable to the retention, deletion and communication of such data after your death.
You can exercise these rights by filling in our Rights Request Form or by writing to SNCF Voyageurs, Equipe Protection des Données TGV IC, 1/3 rue Camille Moke - CS 20012 - 93212 La Plaine Saint-Denis.
You may also request the deletion of data relating to the authentication service via SNCF Connect applications and websites.
If, after contacting us, you feel that your rights have not been respected, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
