FIRES IN GIRONDE AND THE LANDES

    CANCELLATION AND EXCHANGE OF TRAIN TICKETS WITHOUT CHARGE EXTENDED UNTIL 31 JULY INCLUSIVE.

    In view of the exceptional circumstances caused by the wildfires in Gironde and the Landes, the Government is calling for the restriction on the number of travellers entering these areas to be extended so as not to hinder the work of the emergency services. It is therefore recommended that any planned train journeys to the affected areas scheduled up to and including Friday 31 July be postponed.

    The option to cancel or exchange tickets free of charge for all passengers wishing to postpone their journey remains in place until and including Friday 31 July.
