Carte Liberté

1/ 45% ^discounton the Flex Première and Business Première fares or on any other fare substitutable for the Flex Première fare in the event of a change in fare range, and 60% discount in 2nd class on the basis of the Flex Première fare or any other fare substitutable for the Flex Première fare in the event of a change in fare range. Discounts reserved for Carte Liberté holders, excluding additional paid services, valid on TGV INOUI and INTERCITÉS trains with compulsory reservation (excluding OUIGO). On INTERCITÉS trains without compulsory reservation, the discount is 50% of the normal fare for the class used. Discounts apply nationwide.

2/ The Avantage fare on the Liberté card entitles the holder and accompanying adult over 12 to a 30% discount:

• on one-way journeys every day when the holder is travelling with a toddler (under 4) or a child (4 to 11 inclusive)
• on one-way journeys on Saturdays or Sundays
• on round trips including at least the night of Friday, Saturday or Sunday. The maximum period between outward and return journeys is 61 days, and cannot be extended in the event of an exchange.

If the benefit of the Avantage fare is conditional on travel with a child or toddler, the latter must be present and in possession of a valid ticket (accompanying child ticket or toddler fare) when checked on board the train. An accompanying person (adult or child) who has benefited from a discount associated with the Avantage fare on the Liberté card must travel with the holder of the corresponding Liberté card.

Offer reserved for Carte Liberté holders with the Avantage fare, and one accompanying adult over 12 if the ticket is purchased at the same time as the Carte Liberté holder's ticket. Discount calculated, excluding additional paid services, on the PREM'S, 2nd, 1st and Full Fare 2nd and 1st fares for trains with compulsory reservation (TGV INOUI and INTERCITÉS, excluding OUIGO) and on the "Normal" fare for INTERCITÉS trains without compulsory reservation for tickets valid for 7 days. Discounts applicable throughout France.

Guaranteed maximum price for the cardholder and one accompanying adult on the Avantage fare, per journey and based on the average time taken on a journey without connections. 49€ TTC: maximum guaranteed price for a ticket for a journey of less than 1h30, 69€ TTC: maximum guaranteed price for a ticket for a journey of less than 3h, 89€ TTC: maximum guaranteed price for a ticket for a journey of more than 3h in France in second class on an uninterrupted journey. Price fixed until train departure. Prices valid until 31/08/2024.

3/ The Avantage fare on the Liberté card offers a 60% discount for accompanying children. Offer reserved for up to 3 accompanying children aged 4 to 11 inclusive if the ticket is purchased at the same time as the Liberté cardholder's ticket with the Avantage fare.

Discount calculated, excluding additional paid services, on the PREM'S, 2nd, 1st and Full Fare 2nd and 1st fares for trains with compulsory reservation (TGV INOUI and INTERCITÉS, excluding OUIGO), or on the "Normal" fare for INTERCITÉS trains without compulsory reservation for tickets valid for 7 days. Discounts applicable throughout France. The Liberté card with the Avantage fare offers a 15% discount on Restau à bord, Mes Bagages and Junior & Cie services. Offers subject to conditions.

4/ If the benefit of the Avantage fare is conditional on travel with a child or toddler, the latter must be present and in possession of a valid ticket (accompanying child ticket or toddler fare) when checked on board the train. A companion (adult or child) who has benefited from a discount associated with the Avantage fare on the Liberté card must travel with the holder of the corresponding Liberté card.

Fixed and unique fare corresponding to a discount calculated, excluding additional paid services, on the Flex Première fare for TGV INOUI trains to Luxembourg, Spain, Freiburg im Breisgau, Brussels, on the Liberté PRIMA fare for TGV INOUI trains to Italy, and on the Full Flex fare for TGV INOUI and ICE trains to Germany of DB SNCF Voyageurs in cooperation.

Reductions of 40% in Première Signature calculated on the Première Signature fare, (and of 45% in Première class calculated on the Première Signature fare, offered only when the Première Signature class is no longer available) and of 60% in Standard class calculated on the Première Flex fare reserved for the holder of the Liberté card for TGV Lyria trains to Switzerland, excluding additional paid services.

Discount calculated for the Avantage fare, excluding additional paid services, on the 2nd or 1st fare for TGV INOUI trains to Luxembourg, Spain, Freiburg im Breisgau, Brussels and on TGV INOUI and ICE trains of DB SNCF Voyageurs in cooperation to Germany, on the seconda or prima fare for TGV INOUI trains to Italy, and on the Standard or Première fare of TGV Lyria trains.

6/ 3 return journeys in 2nd class: Depreciation based on 10 TGV INOUI destinations departing from Paris (Nantes, Rennes, Bordeaux, Strasbourg, Lille, Lyon, Grenoble, Marseille, Aix-en-Provence TGV and Avignon TGV), with 50% of journeys in 2nd class and 50% in 1st class.
Amortization calculated on the basis of the difference between the Liberté 2de fare and the Pro 2de fare (fare available only with an FCE code) and the difference between the Liberté 1ère fare and the Flex Première or Business Première fare over 6 cumulative journeys. Fares valid from 13/01/2025, card price €349.00 incl. VAT valid from 13/01/2025.

9/ Ticket refundable free of charge up to 30 minutes after departure. From 30 minutes before departure, only 1 exchange possible. Tickets exchanged 30 minutes or more before departure are non-refundable. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after 30 minutes after departure.

10/ Echange Garanti and conditions for exchanging a ticket purchased with the Liberté card on TGV INOUI and INTERCITÉS trains with compulsory reservation.
The Echange Garanti service is valid for all exchanges made on the day of departure. The exchange is possible for another train of the same day, on the same route as the initial journey. It is possible to obtain a ticket on full trains, but without a guaranteed seat and within the limit of the maximum number of standing places available. Passengers may be refused a Guaranteed Exchange on a full train, particularly in the event of overcrowding endangering passenger safety. From 30 minutes before the departure of the original train, the number of exchanges is limited to 1 per customer. Exchange free of charge up to 30 minutes after departure. Tickets are neither exchangeable nor refundable from 30 minutes after departure.

Passengers with a Liberté ticket and a Liberté card can exchange their ticket on OUIGO trains free of charge on the day of departure, on the same route only, using the TGV INOUI PRO application.

Once the ticket has been exchanged for an OUIGO train, the passenger is subject to the OUIGO General Conditions of Sale. The OUIGO ticket is non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

11/ Additional benefits with the Liberté card's Liberté fare

Services reserved for customers with a Flex Première or Business Première ticket, Liberté 1re, negotiated fares 1re and discounted fares 1re.

Accès Express, Salons Grand Voyageur TGV INOUI, Portail TGV INOUI. For holders of a Business Première ticket, on-dock service available on certain TGV INOUI trains and at certain times on the lines and stations concerned, and a dedicated quiet area.

Accès Express at boarding is available every day, on all INOUI TGV trains at Paris Gare de Lyon, Paris Montparnasse, Paris Nord, Paris Est, Nantes, Bordeaux, Rennes, Lille Flandres, Lyon Part-Dieu, Lyon Perrache, Marseille, Montpellier Sud de France.

Accès Express in sales outlets is available every day, according to outlet opening hours in Paris Gare de Lyon, Paris Montparnasse, Paris Nord, Paris Est, Nantes, Bordeaux, Rennes, Lille Flandres, Lille Europe, Strasbourg, Lyon Part-Dieu, Marseille, Grenoble, CDG 2 airport.

Access to the 12 TGV INOUI Grand Voyageur lounges is guaranteed every day from Monday to Sunday, according to lounge opening hours.

On-dock service is available during weekday rush hours (morning and late afternoon) on TGV INOUI trains between Paris and Nantes, Bordeaux, Rennes, Lille-Flandres, Strasbourg, Lyon Part-Dieu, Lyon Perrache, Marseille, Montpellier Saint Roch.

12/ EXCHANGE AND REFUND OF AN ADVANTAGE FARE TICKET

Exchange and refund service offered free of charge up to and including 7 days before departure.

From 6 days before departure, a deduction of €19 per person and per journey applies on TGV INOUI and 40% of the ticket price with a maximum deduction of €15 on INTERCITÉS with compulsory reservation.

30 min before departure and until departure, exchange possible (1 maximum) with the same deduction as above. Tickets exchanged within this period are non-refundable. The deduction is applied only once, for journeys including one or more connections. Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable after the train has departed, unless they have been made available prior to departure.

SPECIFIC CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGING OR CANCELLING ROUND-TRIP TICKETS AT THE CARTE LIBERTÉ ADULT ADVANTAGE FARE

Initial booking eligible for the Avantage Adulte discount: if the cancellation or exchange of one of the two journeys results in the loss of the Avantage Adulte discount conditions, the exchanged ticket is recharged at the fare applicable on the day of exchange. The unchanged ticket is re-priced at the unreduced fare of the day on which the tickets were originally purchased.

Initial booking not eligible for the Avantage Adulte discount: if the exchange of a return ticket qualifies for the Avantage Adulte discount, the exchanged ticket (outward or return) benefits from the Avantage discount. The unchanged ticket is not eligible for the Avantage discount.

RIGHT OF RETRACTION FOLLOWING THE PURCHASE OF A LIBERTY CARD

The right of withdrawal set out in articles L.221-18 to L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code (Code de la Consommation), allowing the customer to change his or her mind within 14 days of the date of purchase of the card if he or she has not traveled with a discount offered by the Liberté card, applies. Therefore, once the 14-day period has elapsed, the right of withdrawal is no longer valid and the card is no longer refundable, even if the validity date has not passed.
