The SNCF Group has set up a proactive action plan to prevent LGBT-phobia, focusing on 3 areas.

    Ile-de-France transport also mobilized

From May 12 to 19, 2025, posters to combat LGBT-phobia in public transport, co-sponsored by Île-de-France Mobilités, the Île-de-France Region, RATP and Transilien SNCF Voyageurs, will be on display in Île-de-France stations for the third year running.

To report any problems or hostile behavior towards people because of their sexual orientation or gender identity, travelers can dial 3117 24/7 by phone or 31177 by SMS.

    All SNCF Voyageurs agents mobilized

Like TER SNCF Voyageurs, each SNCF Voyageurs entity is committed to continuing to raise awareness among the agents mobilized to combat homophobic and transphobic acts that may occur on our trains.

"Benevolence, inclusiveness, pride: these values are at the heart of SNCF Voyageurs' identity and are the strength of our work team.

    Jean-Aimé Mougenot
    Deputy Director TER SNCF Voyageurs
