    In Paris and throughout France, millions of you will be traveling in France during the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Faced with this record number of people in stations and on trains, our agents are mobilized and equipped to enable you to travel serenely.

    First impressions are always right, so we want travelers to feel welcome.

    This summer, we're rolling out visual cues specific to the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games at our various stations: pink-colored signage, the result of joint work with Paris 2024, Île-de-France Mobilités and RATP teams, and aimed at French and foreign visitors. In concrete terms, you'll benefit from:

    • line maps "dressed up" in the colors of the event;
    • specific displays directing you to each site where the competitions are taking place.

    In addition, so that you can spot them easily, all our agents in charge of passenger information will be wearing a vest of an identical color.

    France welcomes around 79 million foreign tourists every year.

    Welcoming visitors in 130 languages

    Our receptionists are equipped with Trad SNCF, an instant translation application. Relying on artificial intelligence, it thus includes a total of 130 languages, for 206 countries involved.

    Simply speak to an agent in your native language. Once your language has been selected, Trad SNCF broadcasts it in French to the agent's smartphone so that he or she understands your request. In return, our agent gives you an answer that is immediately translated - in writing or orally - into your language.

    Also be aware that station announcements are made in French and English, but also in other European languages such as German, Italian or Spanish depending on the location.
