Relations with national consumer associations

The representatives meet twice a year in a Consultative Council chaired by the CEO of SNCF Voyageurs.

During these meetings, the ^{associations1} can question the CEO directly on major issues concerning the passenger experience, or on planned directions in the light of regulatory and legal developments.

In addition to the Consultative Councils, associations can also contact SNCF Voyageurs directly about problems encountered during travel, in order to provide their members with further information.

SNCF Voyageurs' various local departments are in regular contact with representatives of consumer associations, enabling information to be passed on as close as possible to the regions, and customer irritants to be dealt with.

Meetings and thematic visits are organized with the representatives designated by the associations, to enlighten them on the conditions of implementation of SNCF Voyageurs offers and services.

For example: a visit to the operational center for supervising our train traffic, discussions on changes to customer relations services, sharing with SNCF Voyageurs "Train + Vélo" project managers, etc.
