    To make trains even more attractive, we aim for operational excellence. This involves methods, processes and innovations that enable us to continuously improve our regularity, punctuality and safety indicators. Our guiding principle is to constantly strive to do better, so that we can always go further, in complete safety.

    Each organizing authority has its own specific needs. To build a transport and service offer adapted to the needs expressed by its customers, TER SNCF Voyageurs has set up a method and indicators that enable it to manage performance across the entire value chain: safety performance, economic performance, service quality and passenger satisfaction.

    Regularity of trains: teams mobilized every day

    In the field, our teams are committed every day to an approach of operational excellence to reduce the internal causes of irregularity and ensure the punctual running of trains, avoiding any inconvenience to passengers.     Since 2016, the number of delayed trains has been reduced by a quarter.

    Every day, our agents are mobilized to accompany passengers, keep trains running and repair equipment.

    The company attaches fundamental importance to teamwork, and offers its agents excellent training and attractive career paths.

    A coordinated approach to operation and maintenance

    The cost of rolling stock and the need to optimize its availability for passenger service mean that maintenance must be carefully managed. Our teams have the proven know-how to build the delicate link between maintenance and operation in each region, with concrete results.

    Action plans implemented in Hauts-de-France, Normandie and Occitanie have improved the number of trains running at peak times by 15% to 20%.
