    For an even smoother journey, we offer end-to-end passenger care, with complementary support solutions on all channels: real-time information tools, welcome and attention from TER agents, time-saving connected services... to provide the best possible response to passengers' questions and expectations.

    Combining the human and the digital

    To ensure that everyone can benefit from both the purchasing and information possibilities offered by new technologies, and from human support when necessary, we are rolling out our "At your service" program throughout France, to reinforce the service culture of our teams. In particular, we make sure that every customer can benefit from support close to the Regional Ticketing Distributors.

    TER SNCF Voyageurs is developing new ticketing solutions, adapted to each regional fare policy, to make it easier to use regional trains. In some regions, it is possible to buy a TER ticket by telephone: the 12-digit code transmitted to the passenger acts as a ticket.

    WIFI and connected services on board

    In response to the growing connectivity needs of passengers identified by the Regions, we are deploying Wi-Fi service on board trains , notably in Normandie and Centre-Val de Loire.

    Thanks to a complete range of cost-efficient digital solutions, regional trains are becoming increasingly connected, contributing to passenger comfort, safety and security.

    Linking all modes of transport

    Today, the development of intermodality is a major challenge for all regions, in order to support new travel practices - in particular the growing popularity of cycling - and promote sustainable mobility. TER SNCF Voyageurs has the know-how to help develop customized solutions, such as improved connections and integrated fares.

    Encouraging soft and responsible mobility


    Alongside the French government and the organizing authorities, TER SNCF Voyageurs is working to increase the number of bicycles used on journeys. Today, a TER train offers an average of 6 bicycle spaces, with modular capacities of up to 50 spaces on trains equipped with the Jumbo Vélo option during the summer season.

    "In 2024, we set up a platform for reserving bicycle spaces on board trains. This national system is proposed to the Regions, which determine the number of places per train set and the rates for the reservation. It guarantees cyclists a place for their bike without disrupting the comfort of other passengers".
