• managing and recovering tickets for rail transport offences, detecting habitual fraud and intentionally declaring a false address/identity,

The use of your data is based on SNCF Voyageurs' public interest mission of investigating, recording and prosecuting offences against the rail transport police under the conditions set out in Article L. 2241-1 of the French Transport Code.

• Your payment details
• Your travel data
• Claims data

Your data will be kept for one year, and then archived during the applicable statute of limitations.

• The authorities responsible for investigating complaints lodged by SNCF Voyageurs,
• SNCF Voyageurs agents in charge of claims management and mediation,
• To the Public Prosecutor's Office, in the event of an increased fixed fine,
• Third-party organizations for the purposes of improving the reliability and enriching the data required to collect fines.

In this respect, the personal data you have declared at the time of recording the offence may be communicated to the single legal entity mentioned in article L2241-2-1 of the French Transport Code for the purpose of verifying your identity and address.
