Travel file references

These are the references used to identify the journeys for which you are requesting an invoice: they appear on your e-ticket.
The travel file reference corresponds to the 6 alphanumeric characters shown on each e-ticket (letters or a combination of letters and numbers. Example: DRGL4O). You only need to enter one of the surnames in the file.
You can enter up to 5 references by clicking on the "Add reference" button. If you enter more than 5 references, you will need to submit a new invoice request.

Your data is collected by SNCF Voyageurs in connection with your request for an invoice. It may be passed on to certain companies within the SNCF Group or to service providers. The legal basis for processing is a legal obligation.

The data is retained for a maximum of 18 months from the date of purchase.
