    Booking

    1/ A booking is required for the TGV INOUI train you are travelling on. PASS TGV INOUI holders may make up to two bookings per day (one for the outward journey and one for the return journey).

    The booking fee is €0, provided the customer holds a valid TGV INOUI PASS on the date of travel.

    Changes and refunds

    2/ Bookings may be changed or refunded free of charge up to 30 minutes after departure. From 30 minutes before departure, the booking may be changed once only and is non-refundable after a change has been made. To travel on a different train, you must change your booking.

    The TGV INOUI PASS

    The TGV INOUI PASS is designed for customers who travel on a specific route (same origin–destination) several days a week (on average 4 to 5 times a week).

    The WEEKLY PASS and MONTHLY PASS can be used on TGV INOUI trains for daily journeys over short distances. A TGV INOUI PASS allows travel on TGV INOUI trains only.

    Customers can choose either a fixed-route TGV INOUI PASS or a TGV INOUI France-wide PASS (the TGV INOUI France-wide PASS is only available as a monthly pass).

    The price of the TGV INOUI PASS is determined by class, distance, validity period (one month or one week) and length of service (for passes issued before 1 April 2009).

    A valid PASS, in digital format with a QR code, and a booking for the train being travelled on are mandatory during on-board ticket inspections.

    In accordance with current legal provisions, the withdrawal period is set at 14 days from the day after the date of purchase of the PASS, without the need to provide a reason or pay a penalty. The customer must not have travelled using their TGV INOUI PASS, and any upcoming bookings must be cancelled in advance.
