Carte Avantage Adulte

1/ Amortisation applied from the third journey (single journey from an initial destination to a final destination), on the basis of reductions applied to holders of an Carte Avantage (Jeune, Adulte or Senior) and to potential accompanying persons (in proportion to accompanied journeys), in first and second class, on all TGV INOUI and INTERCITÉS destinations combined (excluding TER), between 01/01/2022 and 31/05/2022.

The Carte Avantage Adulte 27-59 entitles the holder to a 30% discount.

The Carte Avantage Adulte entitles the holder and one accompanying adult aged over 12 to a 30% discount:

• on one-way journeys every day if the holder is travelling with a toddler (under 4) or a child (aged 4 to 11 inclusive);
• on one-way journeys on Saturdays or Sundays;
• on return journeys including at least the night of Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

The maximum period between outward and return journeys is 61 days and cannot be extended in the event of an exchange.

Offer reserved for Carte Avantage holders, and one accompanying adult aged over 12 for Carte Avantage Adulte 27-59 holders. Discount calculated, excluding additional paid services, on the full second and first fare for trains with compulsory reservation (TGV INOUI and INTERCITÉS, excluding OUIGO) and for INTERCITÉS trains without compulsory reservation. Discounts applicable throughout France. The conditions of application on TER are the responsibility of the organising authorities and are available on the TER websites.

In the case of a return purchase with TER, symmetrical outward and return journeys from the same departure and arrival stations may be required in certain regions in order to benefit from the Carte Avantage Adulte discount. Example: TGV INOUI + TER on the outward journey (TER departing from station A / arriving at station B) then TER + TGV INOUI on the return journey (TER departing from station B / arriving at station A).

If the benefit of the Avantage fare is conditional on travelling with a child or toddler, the latter must be present and in possession of a valid ticket (accompanying child ticket or toddler fare) when checked on board the train. An accompanying adult who has benefited from a reduction associated with the Carte Avantage fare must travel with the holder of the corresponding Carte Avantage.

The capped prices on TGV INOUI and INTERCITÉS journeys (in France, second class, daytime and or night-time seating), available with the Carte Avantage, were guaranteed until 31/08/2024. However, these prices remain in force for the time being. Calculated on the basis of the average time taken on an uninterrupted journey, these prices are as follows:

• 49 INCLUDING VAT: Maximum guaranteed ticket price for a journey of less than 1 hour 30 minutes,
• 69 INCLUDING VAT: Maximum guaranteed price of a ticket for a journey between 1H30 and 3H,
• 89 INCL. VAT: Maximum guaranteed price of a ticket for a journey of more than 3 hours.

The price of tickets booked with the benefit of the cap is guaranteed until the departure of the train, provided that the initial booking is not changed by the customer.

The Carte Avantage is valid for travel in France and Europe.

Offer reserved for Carte Avantage cardholders. Discount calculated, excluding additional paid services, on the second and first fare of the day on TGV INOUI trains to Luxembourg, Freiburg im Breisgau, on TGV INOUI France - Spain trains and on TGV INOUI and ICE trains operated by DB-SNCF in cooperation; on the Seconda or Prima (second or first) fare of the day on TGV France - Italy trains; on the Standard or Standard Première fare on TGV Lyria trains.

The card entitles accompanying children to a 60% discount.

Offer reserved for up to 3 accompanying children aged 4 to 11 inclusive if the ticket is purchased at the same time as the Carte Avantage holder's ticket. Discount calculated, excluding additional paid services, on the full second and first fare for trains with compulsory reservation (TGV INOUI and INTERCITÉS, excluding OUIGO), or on the "Normal" fare for INTERCITÉS trains without compulsory reservation for tickets valid for 7 days. Discounts applicable throughout France.

The card entitles the holder to a 15% discount on all services, including Junior & Cie.

Conditions for exchanging and refunding a ticket with the Carte Avantage on TGV INOUI and INTERCITÉS trains with compulsory reservation.

Exchange and refund service offered free of charge up to and including 7 days before departure.

From 6 days before departure, a deduction of €19 per person and per journey will be applied on TGV INOUI and 40% of the ticket price with a maximum deduction of €15 on INTERCITÉS trains with compulsory reservation. 30 minutes before departure and up to departure, exchange possible (1 maximum) with the same deduction as above.

Tickets exchanged within this period are non-refundable. The deduction is only applied once, for journeys including one or more connections. Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable after the departure of the train, unless they have been made available prior to departure. In the case of return tickets, once the outward journey has been used up and/or passed, the return journey cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Withdrawal conditions

In accordance with the legal provisions in force, you have a period of 14 days from the date of purchase to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to give any reason or pay any penalty.
