Your loved ones benefit from the same discount if they live in the same household as you and travel with you, i.e.: 

• your spouse, 
• your children under 21 years of age, 
• your parents, if you are single.

This form must be completed with the following details:

• your routes
• your companions
• signed by the employer or certifying body

To reserve your tickets, submit a scanned copy of your form to the SNCF's Tout'OUI chatbot. To do so, ask the chatbot the question "Demander un billet congé annuel", click on "Request an annual leave ticket";

If you have not yet downloaded the form, click on "Formulaire congé annuel".

To submit the form, click on "C'est fait".

As soon as you receive the confirmation e-mail for your form, you can book your tickets by telephone with our telephone advisers on 36 35, every day from 8am to 8pm (free service + price of a call).

Your travel agency welcomes your requests for annual leave tickets under the usual conditions.

In the case of a mandatory round-trip, you may be offered a choice of stations in the same geographical area. In this way, you are no longer systematically obliged to depart from the station where you arrived. For example, you can make an outward journey from Paris to Lyon Part Dieu and a return journey from Lyon Perrache to Roissy CDG 2 TGV airport.
