Terms and Conditions of Use for the Contrat Pro (Premium level)
1/ The Pro Seconde fare is available only in Second Class on TGV INOUI and INTERCITÉS trains where booking is compulsory for customers on an SNCF contract. This fare becomes available at least two working days after confirmation of enrolment in the Contrat Pro. Tickets can be exchanged free of charge up to 30 minutes after departure. Tickets can be refunded free of charge up to 30 minutes after departure at stations in the departure town. From 30 minutes before departure until 30 minutes after departure, only one exchange is permitted. Tickets cancelled from 30 minutes before departure are non-refundable.
2/ Discount applicable on certain routes. This discount does not apply to trains operated by TER and INTERCITÉS where no booking is required, nor to international journeys. Your choice of two destinations will be valid for six months. After six months, you may choose two new destinations or retain your original choice. The list of routes is available in your customer account at moncomptepro.sncf.com. The discount is available within a maximum of 15 days following the date of your selection.
3/ The discount is available upon presentation of a valid Corporate Code when purchasing SNCF tickets at the Flex Première fare or in the OPTIMUM and OPTIMUM PLUS classes, excluding the purchase of ‘Carte liberté’ tickets for journeys in Flex Première or the OPTIMUM and OPTUM PLUS classes, on all journeys within mainland France on TGV INOUI and INTERCITÉS services where booking is compulsory. This discount does not apply to trains operated by TER and INTERCITÉS where booking is not compulsory, nor to international journeys. The discount is available within a maximum of 15 days following the date of joining the Contrat Pro scheme.
4/ A €50 discount, off the retail price of €399 (including VAT), on the purchase or renewal of a Carte liberté discount card for members of the SNCF Voyageurs Contrat Pro scheme. The discount is available within a minimum of 2 working days following confirmation of enrolment in the Contrat Pro. The card can be activated up to 5 months after the date of purchase. This offer cannot be combined with any other current promotions or card renewal bonuses. Sales and information are available at self-service kiosks, in stations, at SNCF shops, by telephone on 3635 (free service + call charges), and from authorised SNCF Voyageurs distributors.
5/ By telephone booking on +33 1 72 92 06 60 in France, +32 (0)2 403 11 09 in Belgium, +41 (0) 22 561 84 00 in Switzerland or directly on site (for co-working spaces), subject to availability and in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Sale, and upon presentation of a valid Company Code. Stations: Nice, Lille Flandres, Lyon Part-Dieu, Paris Saint-Lazare, Paris Gare de Lyon, Paris Montparnasse, Brussels Central Station and Antwerp Central Station. €6 per hour (including VAT) throughout France (price before the Corporate Offer discount).
