TGV INOUI – INTERCITÉS

    Was your journey, which included a TGV INOUI or INTERCITÉS service, delayed by more than 30 minutes at your final destination? Take advantage of the G30 guarantee and claim your compensation online or by post.

    Claim your compensation online

    • Have you travelled to France on TGV INOUI / INTERCITÉS or on international trains operated by SNCF Voyageurs or inpartnership1

    or

    You arrived at your destination more than 30 minutes later than the time shown on your ticket or Billet Direct, regardless of the reason for the delay.

    You may claimcompensation2 and have 90 days from the date of your journey to submit your claim.

    Calculating your compensation

    The amount of yourcompensation2 is calculated on the basis of the ticket price (excluding ancillary services), regardless of the reason for your delay.

    Therefund terms2 are as follows:

    • delays of between 30 minutes and 2 hours: 25% of the ticket price.
    • delays of between 2 hours and 3 hours: 50% of the ticket price.
    • delay of more than 3 hours: 75% of the ticket price.

    How to claim compensation

    The amount of the G30 compensation may be allocated:

    • as a voucher;
    • by bank transfer in euros (only if the delay exceeds 60 minutes);
    • as points or a discount on your travel pass, depending on your status.

    Please submit your application by post

    You have two options:

    • Download the G30 form (PDF, 90 KB)

    • or write to us by post, stating:
      • your travel booking reference as shown on your ticket (six-letter reference);
      • the date of your journey;
      • your train number;
      • your surname and first name;
      • your email address (or postal address);
      • please attach your ticket.

    • Processing times will be longer if you send your claim by post. Please send only photocopies, and make sure you keep the originals of your receipts and tickets.
    • If you did not purchase your ticket through the SNCF Voyageurs network, please contact your ticket supplier.

    INTERCITÉS Punctuality Guarantee

    This guarantee comes into effect in the event of disruption on the Paris–Clermont-Ferrand and Paris–Limoges–Toulouse routes.
