The TGV-INTERCITÉS voucher is a form of payment issued in the following circumstances:

compensation (following a delay or a complaint);
a refund;
or following the use of your reward points under the Grand Voyageur Programme.

The following details are specified on the voucher: the amount, the expiry date and the voucher code, consisting of 9 alphanumeric characters, for example GP1234567.

When paying for your order, select the ‘Voucher’ payment method and enter the voucher code (9 characters), ensuring you enter the correct expiry date. The value of the voucher will be deducted from your order total.
If the total of your order is less than the value of your voucher, you can use the remaining balance on your voucher on a future trip.

This voucher is:

valid for your entire order (for all passengers);
can be combined with up to 5 other vouchers;
can be combined with a discount code;
can be used in multiple transactions;
transferable to a third party;
valid for 12 months from the date of issue (except for vouchers received as part of the Grand Voyageur programme, which are valid for 6 months).

This voucher is not:

usable to pay the balance when exchanging a booking;
applicable to group and mini-group fares;
redeemable on board trains or for subsequent fare adjustments;
redeemable at foreign retailers.

To pay for your train tickets:

in France: on TGV INOUI and INTERCITÉS services;
in Europe:
- TGV Lyria ;
- TGV INOUI to Italy;
- TGV INOUI or ICE to Germany via the DB-SNCF Voyageurs partnership;
- TGV INOUI to Spain;
- TGV INOUI to Luxembourg;
- TGV INOUI to Brussels;
- TGV INOUI to Freiburg im Breisgau.

To pay for your travel cards and season tickets:

To pay for your services ( purchased as part of the same booking as your journey):

At SNCF station ticket offices;
On the websites and apps of SNCF Voyageurs-approved travel agencies (which accept vouchers);
By telephone on 3635 (local call rate) or 00 33 1 84 94 3635 from abroad.

Please note:
Vouchers are also valid at self-service kiosks in stations. At these kiosks, vouchers cannot be combined, are valid for a single passenger and can only be used to purchase TGV INOUI and INTERCITÉS tickets and services.
