    Is your journey with a connection delayed?

    If you miss a connection, you will be offered an alternative arrangement at no extra cost.

    If your journey involves one or more connections, you may be entitled to specific new rights in the event of a delay on arrival at your final destination.

    Who should I send my claim for compensation* to if my journey combines several SNCF Voyageurs offers?

    If your journey combines several SNCF Voyageurs offers, you can submit a single claim for compensation*.

    * Refund in the form of a digital voucher that cannot be exchanged for cash in the event of a delay of less than 60 minutes
