    Evidence of business travel

    Are you travelling on a ticket and need a receipt to send to your company’s accounts department or your tax authority? The travel receipt allows you to prove that you actually made the journey.

    Two ways to obtain your proof of address

    A travel expense claim form is very useful for providing evidence of a journey to an employer, an accounts department, the tax authorities, etc.

    We’ve made everything as easy as possible for you: download your travel receipt directly via the TGV INOUI PRO app or via your Passenger Account.

    Please note: you must wait 24 hours after your journey before you can retrieve your business travel receipt. It will be available in your traveller’s file for two months only.

    For which type of ticket is the receipt available?

    Proof of travel is available for INTERCITÉS, TER, TGV INOUI and TGV INOUI + TER tickets, but not for tickets linked to commercial cards and TER season tickets (changes to be introduced shortly).

    For OUIGO, Eurostar, TGV Lyria and other international train tickets, both paper tickets and e-tickets can be used as proof of purchase. In the case of an e-ticket, you can find it on the website where you made your purchase.
